*Cost of tryouts is $20. Each participant will receive a Phantoms t-shirt and a family pass to a Phantoms Home game
**Attendance at both tryout dates is highly recommended
***Check-in will begin at 5:30, rain or shine, players should be ready to play, please bring a ball and water.
****Please bring a copy of birth certificate and 1*1 photo
